UNDERGRADUATE PREPARATION FOR DOCTORAL PROGRAMS IN CHIROPRATIC

There is not a chiropractic college in Oklahoma, so students must investigate schools out of state. For more information and a list of chiropractic colleges, contact the American Chiropractic Association.

STUDENT RESPONISIBILITY

It is essential that the students take it upon themselves to become informed about admission requirements, applications procedures, and application deadlines

3+3 FOR CHIROPRACTIC

Students interested in chiropractic medicine may elect the 3+3 option. This option allows students to follow a specific degree plan completing at least 90 hours (3 years) at OSU, including the prerequisite requirements for chiropractic. The student would then transfer to one of the 3+3 chiropractic partners to complete the 3 years of chiropractic professional curriculum. At the end of the first year of the students' professional curriculum, the student may transfer chiropractic course credits back to OSU to complete their undergraduate degree (3+1 degree options). Currently there are 4 undergraduate degree plans that include the 3+1 option.
